Hi, I'm Doug.
Like many golfers, I'm constantly chasing improvement. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to work hard on your swing while battling physical limitations, mobility restrictions, pain, fatigue, or health challenges that seem to get in the way.
In addition to being a golfer, I'm a Certified Fitness Trainer, Licensed Occupational Therapist, and TPI Level 1 Certified Coach. I also live with multiple herniated discs and Type 1 Diabetes, giving me a unique perspective on how the body influences performance, recovery, and long-term health.
Over the years, I've learned that many golfers don't need more swing tips—they need a better foundation. That's why I created Foundation Golf Performance.
My goal is to help golfers move better, understand their bodies, and maximize their performance through individualized assessments, movement-based coaching, and practical strategies that translate directly to the golf course.
